I have known Norela for almost two years in my capacity as a Computer Systems Manager at ACS/ECE. Norela has worked with me on various projects as an IT Chairperson for the ACS Head Start City-Wide Policy Council Committee, and based on her work, I would rank her as one of the best Policy Council member we have ever had. In short term she has used information technology to streamline all aspects of the systems; she developed a website, electronic newsletter, installed security systems, helped to establish a common systems and standard operating procedures.
